Account Recovery -Junior Member Status Required?

Over 6 months ago, I sent a PM to Cyrus and then Theymos regarding my (then-recently) compromised account.

(Thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4993954.msg45046926#msg45046926)

However, seeing a case in which alts with junior member status received some sort of reply (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3652698.0) in much less than the time I've been waiting, I'm starting to seriously consider the possibility that my PMs were disregarded based on the Newbie PM warning. "!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!"

I'm aware that the recovery process isn't fast at all, regardless, but I'm curious if I'd need to wait to send PMs until after reaching a higher rank.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Is there a way to check get notified when someone quoted one of your posts in a thread?
Did you see on the left top here on the forum?
Show new replies to your posts.
But when you want to notice where your post being qouted you can use the search bar and search for your name.

I'm also curious to know the distinction between that function, and what the OP wants, or if it's only the desire for an actual notification setup. (Currently, the button's state is the same regardless of how many (including 0) new replies there are to the user's posts.)

The recovery process is hopeless as it takes months, but try moving this thread to Meta where it belongs.

I guess you know how to move threads. Just in case, lower left corner, you'll see the "Move" link.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot that users with new status aren't restricted to the Beginner's forum anymore (I think it was probably changed quite some time ago, actually).

I'm willing to wait a long time to recover my original account. I'm aware that they're busy and this recovery process isn't automated nor is it their #1 priority.

Compromised Account Recovery Procedures

My account was compromised in February. I was notified by an email that my account's email address was changed, so I used the link sent in the email to lock my account. I first followed the instructions here, to the letter:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

I did not receive a response from Cyrus within the first 2 weeks (or now), nor have I received a response from theymos over the past months.
I am aware that they must be busy, but I'm curious if this indicates that my account will not be recovered, or if it's possible that the PM was merely dismissed, since this account is that of a new user.

I also sent an email with the same contents as the PMs to acctcomp15@theymos.e4ward.com (this is the address which I am instructed to email after attempting to login with my compromised account) and have not received a response either. (I followed both procedures since it is not clear which is more recent.)

I have been regularly checking my spam folder for the original email associated with my account, as well as the one associated with this current alternate account.

Thanks for any advice.
