You're welcome to brush up on my post concerning your company's participation in stealing from your poker players through your affiliates, from 2017, made on this account. My account was banned and funds stolen shortly after that post and remains so. Neither I, nor action ever received 1 cent from this company. You have no such untarnished reputation for 12 years, this is no 1st claim. Your company needs to be held accountable.

It is me who has been accused. My funds were taken, but I guess, somehow, I must be the one proving everything.

Correct, it is your accusation. You have never even posted proof that you had a Betcoin account or that you received an affiliate commission. All of that information was volunteered by us.

Betcoin, in the meantime, declared $250 in earned affiliate commission as the public joke of the day and is now sticking to vague accusations and claims that cannot be verified.

They have been and certainly can be verified, as stated. You are welcome to contact an accredited 3rd party mediator or our licensor any time.

They accuse me of being in the referral's KYC video however, I did not even complete KYC myself on their site.

You didn't do KYC with us. But you have done it elsewhere. We know who you are and what you do.

They claim I didn’t post the link on Discord, yet they don’t want to say where it purportedly came from.

You sent it to your friend after you got permanently banned from placing a bet because we knew you were a scammer the moment you signed up.

They claim there was abuse but won’t define what the abuse actually was.

Your "friend" is welcome to inquire about his own account. He knows what the abuse is. So do you. But it is irrelevant in this case, per the ToS.

You have asked me why I shared the link on a Discord server that was on the go. Because that's where I was frequently active.

No one ever asked you that. All Discords are "on the go". You were asked to provide a link to the Discord. With that information, anyone could easily find the link you posted. But you are a scammer, so you can't post that link. Post it now and prove us wrong forever. Clear this up. All you need to do is post the Discord and you will make us look like fools!!

Is it relevant to you to have this condition?

Absolutely. And we have been in business for 12 years, with countless affiliates and you are the first one ever to dispute an abusive player's commissions. EVER. All of this AFTER being denied the ability to play with us. You are pathetic. We will not waste any more time on you. Have fun finding a new job now that your scams have been exposed to all. You could have just quietly faded off and been onto your next site, but you fucked with the wrong guys this time and now your whole operation is toast.

/thread

First one ever you say betcoin?
As some of you may be aware, a major affiliate (xiaoxiao) for this site was ousted due to a large, founded, scam accusation. The scam involved a rakeback service, and involved delaying payments with various fabricated excuses while xiaoxiao gambled away all his players funds.

There was a backlash and calls for answers directed at Betcoin. Betcoin then outlined a so-called solution to make affected players whole up until a certain point (5/7). The solution involved using players generated rake from 5/8 forward to pay for the owed moneys up until 5/7. Betcoin made a couple payments and then proceeded to ignore players requests for updates in the designated forum for several months, meanwhile affected players continued to re-rake the moneys owed to them without receiving payments. The forum can be found here https://www.betcoin.ag/xiao-rakeback-update-thread

After months of ignoring requests for answers on the thread, some time in the last 24 hours, affected player __ACTl0NNNN spoke out in the thread. __ACTl0NNNN has been around the bitcoin poker community for a very long time, and is widely known to be one of the, if not the, highest stakes and highest rake volume players there is. He claims to have not received a single payment, and to have been disregarded in support tickets.
https://i.gyazo.com/e84aff8d4a92f6c8c67544141c4c0743.png
Finally, Betcoin breaks it's silence, and made several deflective comments in the thread, all seemingly with the theme that this is not their problem any longer, and nothing more will be paid. Update: Betcoin now says definitively there will be no more money paid.https://i.gyazo.com/e1825cc729d14f5081caf829946cd157.png

Seems like a clearcut scam. Betcoin told their players they would be repaid money based on future rake. Betcoin then strung them along for a few months while they kept all the rake they were paying, not too dissimilar from the scam xiaoxiao pulled originally.

Yeah ok Betcoin scamming for 12 years, we hear you all the way in the back, you're a stain on the crypto community, and always have been, your poker players will find new homes, don't worry, we're not going to let this go down again on the new betcoin.social

Any chance you can share screenshots of the conversation you've had with their support, just to make sure you can back up your claims?

Just curious, is the $250 balance on your account a money you deposited or because of their affiliate program?

I will try and PM their representative to address your issue, they might be able to give more detailed information as to why your account got banned. Maybe you should also provide the username you use on their casino or your account's UID to make it easier for them to identify which user is having an issue with them.

I will post this here for posterity, its my own post from many years ago, on this thread under this username.

I must ask why a respected member of the community is trying to mitigate circumstances with these exact same operators, as if they are human beings who respect other's property. I remain banned to this day from this site for speaking out on their ongoing scams in their chat community on a daily basis on my ruby account, unable to login or access funds, and no other offense whatsoever. Reach out to twitchyseal, or I for more comment if you'd like, these people are a huge stain on the crypto community and need to be dealt with.

Betcoin lies once again. They originally stated all xiao's signups would be paid their due rakeback through 5/9. As of today, they are saying each player is responsible for reraking their due rakeback in order to receive it. This is a ponzi scheme. Also, xiao's account is no longer banned and he is online right now.

How Betcoin has chosen to handle this situation is disgusting. They are taking the rakeback they were paying xiao and putting it back into their own pockets. They are leaving us high and dry.

When you promised we would never be paid lower than 33% what was this based on? Betcoin has now said even if your account is returned it will be bumped down to 20%.

That's just one of several things he said which indicate a lack of accepting responsibility for his actions. He probably would have never logged into bitcointalk again if Betcoin hadn't locked his honeypot.

You're releasing all your signups effective immediately then, correct? Or do you think it's acceptable to continue to have access to player funds and continue these shenanigans?

Shouldn't his rakeback thread be deleted? So no new people can sign up under him? Also, does this not warrant a ban?

I can confirm this. I have emailed him also with no response. I just recently asked Betcoin to look into it as well. I saw his rakeback account online on Betcoin today, and this account is alleged to have been seen firing 80 chip dice rolls yesterday.

Xiao is 5 weeks behind on paying rakeback, and is once again locking his thread to keep people from complaining publicly.

You continue to offer BetSoft games, don't talk about a great place to play. Get your shit together and ditch them.
Also you continue to ignore questions which answers would make you look bad, or how about answering those questions by Jason Ort?

I have been bumping jasonort's thread that contains his questions, it continues to be unanswered and buried. Meanwhile, Betcoin posts every place they get a chance how satisfied and happy jasonort is, truly disgusting behavior.

Trust abuser. Long time cheater on the poker scene who has been kicked off of several sites for violating terms and conditions....Had several accounts for which he was caught and banned and is now campaigning in retribution for the punishment he received for his dishonest acts. Betcoin.ag was protecting it's players from this cheater by banning him and now he has been manipulating facts to bash on betcoin.

^^^This garbage, OK. You seem a little confused on the facts here, cjm. I know of no other site twitchyseal has been banned from other than Betcoin. His bans certainly have not been for multiaccounting. The latest ban is the result of a poorly chosen, but simple, troll towards a moderator, nothing more.

When he was banned, it was not for cheating, there was no poker involved, no money was won or lost.

As for your lack of understanding concerning multiaccounting at Betcoin, up until a few months ago, Betcoin allowed multiaccounting, and for people to admit to doing so in the main chat. Yes, of course twitchy has made a bunch of accounts, he doesn't deny this. The accounts are for chat only.

You're turning this into something it isn't, something that you know that it isn't, in an attempt to do what exactly? Push someone else's agenda you had no interest in until now?
