I PM'd them about this thread. Let's hope they are being notified thru email for every PMs and checks their mailbox.

Thank you for that. I tried to PM myself but am not allowed.

Consider starting a scam accusation thread about them if you have been waiting for too long (recommended format).

To Hashnest:
I just sent you a ticket with subject: "reporting it publicly" so you know who I am.

To everybody else:
be warned! DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING ON HASHNEST OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Here follows my  HASHNEST HORROR STORY :

  • I deposited a large number of coins on Hashnest
  • about 85% of the coins were "eaten" by PACMIC, GHS, ANTMINER, etc. etc. (all that stuff, you know it)
  • the remaining 15% is "locked", they don't allow me to withdraw

Starting about three months ago, I decided to withdraw.

First, it was not even possible to start the withdraw because I was not getting the "confirmation SMS".

I wrote to support several times, opened several tickets, ZERO ANSWERS.

However after a couple of weeks of attempts I started receiving the SMSs, so I went on and initiated the withdraw.

It said it was pending review and had to wait 72 hours.

After waiting the first day I discovered there was a limit (0.8 coin) for single withdraw, so I immediately wrote support to ask what to do,
and asked if it was better to cancel the transfer and split it in small parts.

Again, wrote to support several times, opened several tickets, ZERO ANSWERS.

Before the 72 hours ended I got a "your account is locked for withdrawal" and nothing changed since then.

Wrote to support several times, opened several tickets, ZERO ANSWERS, It's three months I write support and open tickets and I get ZERO ANSWERS and my account is still "locked for withdrawal".

And before they write some lame excuse like "I am not using Google Auth", I'm using that too but my Google Auth is "pending review", too, since months (still in "yellow" state on Hashnest security page).

With this post I WARN EVERYBODY: PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING ON HASHNEST!

THIS MESSAGE WILL STAY HERE UNTIL HASHNEST LET ME WITHDRAW MY COINS.

I will neither edit or delete this post until then.

Everybody stay warned and DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING on Hashnest.

On some other forum there was a guy claiming that this company: https://strategicsfox.com/ was able to recover all his money from hashnest.

I would like to know if that's legit or it's another scam in itself.

Since Hashnest ignores my Email requests my lawyer will initiate a law suit in the next days...I don't accept the very low compensation.

How do you sue a ghost?  Can you share, either publicly or privately, contact info like physical address, telephone number, email different than support@....  ?

I see I am not alone.  I have initiated so many tickets and sent so many emails to support@...  but haven't got any reply in one month.
What are alternative ways to contact them? Are there other email addresses?

What is their physical address?
I don't know in China but in the rest of the world, if a company exists (are they a real company?) they must be registered somewhere.
There should be a "register office" where you can access all their contact data, physical address, phone number, etc.

March 2019 article:

Hashnest, a cloud-based mining platform, is no longer a Bitmain subsidiary but an external project funded by it.

and it's been two years since...

OK, at least they didn't tell me lies but this doesn't solve he problem

In any case, it's best to get out of anything cloud mining. When things go south, it's highly likely you will be used to make up for the company's losses.

Sure. I just want to get out but they don't let me withdraw the coins I still have there.

I gave you a link to the official hashnest thread in a previous reply, have you checked it?

Yes, yes, thank you!   I was wondering why the search function doesn't find it.

Google search is recommended for example with the keyword "hashnest site:bitcointalk.org".

OK....

Thank you.  But then, why if I go to home of bitcointalk and type "hashnest" in the search field, it doesn't find anything?

I guess there's no official hashnest support here and it's bad that a lot of people haven't managed to solve their problem.
A little hint, it looks like hashnet has been acquired by bitmain. If this acquisition is still valid, maybe you can contact bitmain support instead.

I have already written to bitmain repeatedly and they deny they have relationship with hashnest.  They say they have "separated" from hashnest, that they are different entities, that I am complaining with the wrong company and that they can't help me.

So either they lie to keep my money or all the sites that say "you can trust hashnest because it's a brand of bitmain" have wrong information.

I am having big trouble with hashnest.

Before I post, is there a dedicated section for discussing this site and/or contact the administrators?

I tried the search function of bitcointalk and it only finds very old posts (5 years old or so) which is odd as the site is still up today
