No, the funds raised on the ICO will be spent only on project development. The more money they get from the tokensale, the faster they’ll reach project development goals.   
A good marketing campaign would be useful for drawing attention.   
As far as I know, they are planning to hold a powerful marketing campaign after the end of the ICO via the most popular promotion channels.

What do physical laws have to do with it? A particular company owns all the rights, I saw a mention in the WP.
It is base on atom movement technology. If another team wants to create randomizer basing on it, it won’t be possible to prevent it from doing it.
If other lotteries would like to get fair results, they’ve started using this technology long ago. So I don’t worry about it.

Hi. Why would you produce the tokens and them burn unsold ones  if you could just refuse to produce superfluous tokens?

It’s great! It seems that i’ve finally decided that i certainly should invest in this project. Now i’ll wait until they reduce minimum investment amount to 50 Euros and but FFCT tokens. 

Low risk level is a good thing for a project. I hope that this portal’s specialists haven’t made a mistake and estimated the project objectively.
The rating is really objective. The point is that FFCT tokens will be provided with good liquidity after the end of the ICO.
