When I try to withdraw the balance of my crypto account to a crypto address I get

"balance is not enough" (Bitcash) or for Bitcoin
"You do not have enough free balance in your account. Please check your live orders, open trades, and pending withdrawal requests"

FAQ
System says I don't have enough "free balance" in crypto to withdraw.
QUOINE Support

Free balance here indicates the remaining of your balance in a currency account after counting used margin, order margin (free balance of other limit orders, if any), pending withdrawals, negative P&L, and any open loans.

Your withdrawal amount must be equal or less than this free balance.

I don't know of any orders or requests that I can cancel.
I contacted support two days ago with a screen shot, without reply.

Can anyone suggest what to do next?

Solved.
(1) I deleted the API key (I don't know what API stands for) that I set-up without using a week or two ago. That's the key for letting a service like Cryptolend control your lending.
(2) I tried to withdraw the full amount, and then a few cents less, until allowed.
(3) The system kept asking me for google authenticator numbers, from an app which works on my tablet, if not on my old smartphone.

The money hasn't come through yet, but I am sure it will.

While working this out, Quone support got back to me on their web site, as I discovered slightly too late:

Hi John,

Apologies for the late reply. The error message appeared because you have less than 0.22934 BCH in your balance.

The actual BCH balance is 0.22933699, the last several decimals being rounded up. If you hover the cursor over the number for more than 1 second, the actual number will be displayed.

Best regards,

Paid thanks!

Aug 22
Aug 17 my first email, request for a top-up of a certain amount, and top-up sent

I messed-up by not realising the temporary account was just identified by my IP address, and that I'd paid from a site that couldn't send messages of guarantee to send from the same wallet a second time. Not a stupid mistake, and loads of people make it, but a reason for some delay in sorting-out.

As someone who used to run a business part time I can appreciate that responses come the next day.

I wrote to suggest to safedice that they put the edge up to 0.75% just for a while if 0.5% isn't enough to pay the bills.

From the look of the site, it's working OK, just altered to start taking Bitcash which must have taken time and money to get going

0092 - Bitcash bankroll
0169 - BTC bankroll
4397 - Monero bankroll

I'm in the same position.

It looks as though the site sets-up automatic accounts and allows deposits, but if your ip address has changed when the deposit arrives, you have no way of logging-in to that account. Now, if Barclays Bank did that, they'd get into trouble.

I wrote on the 18th to ask for help and got this reply

Quote
My apologies for the inconvenience. Please don't worry, I'll help you to retrieve your account. First, I'll need your proof of account ownership, can you please do either:

1) Sign a message "I'm John and I want to recover access to my account" using the address that you used to deposit earlier (...).

2) Send exactly 0.00192374 using ... to your deposit address.

Let me know when you have done it and I'll give you the access back.

Since then I've paid the amount (18.08.17 at 20.15) and emailed him soon after, but no response. Whether I sent the money from exactly the same address I don't know and can't control, but it was from the same site as the first payment. The deposit address is not used for anything else; it just has four transactions on it, with my two going-in and safedice's two going-out.

Does anyone know how long this problem usually takes to fix?
John
