Hi ,
Do cardio for atleast 30 mins a day if you are doing weight training on the same day or do cardio for atleast an hour . Eat atleast 80% healthy . Don't consume over 2400 calories in a day because 2200 is actually not recommended for fat loss generally but if your go to the gym or do lots of workout i suppose 2400 calories is sufficient . Try to do more reps with light weights and focus on the form . You can build enough muscles even with light weights . Try to follow the "DTP workout" by "Kris Gethin" it would reduce fat as well as increase muscle mass .
