Re: Evident that Anti crypto approach is driving people away!

For me, best way to buy bitcoins will still be the same old school way. Buying USDT via P2P & converting those to bitcoin. This way, I hardly have to worry about tax as the amounts I deal in will usually be below 1 lakh so it's fine until & unless I get the deposits from verified sources. In P2P, usually regular merchants having offline shops make payments so that can easily be reported as friendly transcations to avoid tax.

It's definitely an option to take this way, but what about the problem when you have cash? I'd be interested in a solution.

The situation has always been like this in all environments where there is a lot of money, we are human and our nature is to take advantage of the weakest people, fortunately not all are like this and there are also honest people, so more than saying that the forum is full of people who cheat I would say that the world is like this

the Christmas corrections have always been there and will also be there in the next few years, ever since I have been following bitcoin for years now there has always been this Christmas phenomenon, I don't know what it is due to but then in succession as you say there will be a new ath , which is incredible because this confirms the power of this crypto

Please stay calm, as after reading your reply I felt you are panicking. Post Christmas, it is always a period when the price of Bitcoin goes down. In the current scenario things are different and we know if you are following Bitcoin price, it has the potential to rewrite its history. Anything can happen what we need to do is to be positive.
Yes, but I am very calm, but the situation is in turmoil and we are all very calm: I only have to understand how to manage the new ATH that will be about to arrive in a short time and I have to understand how to manage the emotions to better protect my small heritage.

Re: how to convert crypto to inr without paying taxes?
by
vino.gcs
on 01/01/2025, 16:05:21 UTC
it's clear that these people do it for money, no one would start talking about serious topics when they don't make them money.
the fact of having views from these things is obvious and the fact of having many views from these meme videos instead of the serious ones makes you think, very

In India, making money is not that easy, with many laws and regulations and, of course, taxes. The reason why Indians are investigating crypto is to make money from their small investments. We Indians do not have big money like other countries in the West or Europe. We do it because we hope to become rich.

That is why Bitcoin was never the goal of Indians. We are still better than our neighbors, who are here in the forum using multiple alts to make free money. Thanks to the reforms made by the previous government, the middle class was able to earn money through education. The middle class is trying to use crypto to make an investment that will help them become rich and leave this country.

Yes, in fact I do not blame those who make money or those who try in every way to make it: it is understandable that we Indians are not advantaged over Europeans who have more chances than we who are born in areas where poverty is widespread, so we must do everything to change the fate of this country.

Re: Relationship and phone, which one will you prefer to lose?
by

on 30/12/2024, 15:45:51 UTC
I know that the two are very important to us in the real life, but if you find yourself in this situation and you have to make one your choice before you can live in a particular society, and the phone must be the phone that contains all your life savings and documents, and your relationship is a strong relationship that you have confirmed that it will lead to marriage. This is the question now, will you prefer your relationship and let your phone that contains your life savings and documents go forever ? Let us discuss.

let's say that the most important thing is the person you love and not a cell phone with things inside that you can simply do without, while the woman in your life is not, you cannot replace her and you cannot replace her even with all the money from the world and it is important to preserve it at any cost

Re: Future is virtual metaverse
by
vino.gcs
on 30/12/2024, 15:29:58 UTC
You work and do many things in metaverse and travel is big thing you travel too in metaverse in future.
But yes most of the life goes metaverse not much real things going on but mostly virtual life.
About work plan:
You do work first in simulation If it's successful then bots will do that according simulation later in real location in real situation from the AI gathered data and data of simulation.

You are talking about machines which work with long distance communication or long distance controles machines, which are already and thing and they do not need the metaverse in order to function properly, of course.
The whole idea of the metaverse and the way life will be digitalized thought the use of Virtual reality is rather a concept which is still very away from happening, keeping in the how expensive the such technology is and how it does not seems to be worth it when compared with the traditional media of information input.
There is a very well reason corporations like Meta actually pulled the plugin their metaverse and instead is now focused in artificial intelligence, like other companies which know better.
this is exactly what I think too, there is a very specific reason why companies like meta have abandoned the metaverse, and the reason is that it is not profitable and will not be for several years, focusing on artificial intelligence instead brings profit in the short term period

yes, I also think that bitcoin will reach 120k and I think it will do so shortly but I am also convinced that then there will not be a collapse as we have seen in previous bear markets but rather there will be a stability of value that will remain over time I am almost certain of this

In just 12 hours $680,000,000 liquidated from the cryptocurrency market. I assume another correction but this time it is a big one. Bitcoin has again gone below $100K which it has been doing for quite sometime now. I feel when the next pump comes once again we will see Bitcoin creating a new ATH.

Re: New RBI Governor will do anything to control the inflation rate?
by

simply because those states enjoy those rights are the poorest ones I believe, in every country there is a gap between the different regions in all countries and all peoples and therefore they are not only in India and we cannot blame them if they are like this

If you follow politics and elections in India you would understand that the states I quoted are the ones that have a high number of seats for the Lok Sabha election. The Southern states are high contributors in terms of central revenue but the seats in the Lok Sabha election are lesser than the North State. That is the reason why they get more development funds than the Southern states.

yes certainly, I follow the country's politics carefully because what will happen in our state depends a lot, in fact everything on what happens in the event of elections, I also think that it is right that there are more funds in those parts of the country!

everything cannot always be attributed to Russia and Putin. The fact of placing all the blame and finding a scapegoat and placing everything on Russia is wrong, you have to think with your own head and try to be objective, with this I'm not saying that Putin is a saint but we must try to be impartial, every war is wrong but we are not always guilty

Re: Why do some rich men deprive wife from working?
by
vino.gcs
on 27/12/2024, 19:55:30 UTC
Some men don't allow their wives to work because they prefer to have them stay at home. However, I believe that a woman's decision to stay at home should be entirely her choice.

The positive aspect of a man wanting the wife to stay at home is that he cares about her well-being. He acknowledges that childbearing and motherhood are full-time jobs that require dedication and support. In this scenario, the husband supports his wife's decision, providing her with the necessary resources and financial access. She is empowered to manage the household finances effectively. This way, she is not left stranded or vulnerable in case anything happens to her husband.

On the other hand, there's a negative scenario where a man's decision to have his wife stay at home stems from possessiveness or insecurity. For instance, he might be uncomfortable with the idea of his wife interacting with others, especially if she's attractive. He might fear that she'll be harassed or pursued by other men. In this cases, the man's decision to keep his wife at home is rooted in his own insecurities, rather than a genuine concern for her well-being.

Unfortunately, this often means that the woman has limited access to financial resources and is entirely dependent on her husband for survival. She may not even have control over her own finances or know how to manage the household expenses. This can leave her vulnerable and stranded if anything happens to her husband.

Whether a woman chooses to work outside the home or stay at home, it should be her decision to make and she should have the necessary support and resources to thrive in her chosen path.

there are cultures where women really cannot practice everyday life like a normal human being also due to their religion, so it is not just about rich and wealthy people who want the woman to stay at home but also about people who are blinded by something that has been imposed on them

Re: What happens if RBI decides to ban Bitcoins? What should I do with Bitcoins then

it seems that now the system has gotten a little worse. I read that there will be an anti-money laundering law and that many will have to declare their cryptocurrencies to the state. Now I don't know if it is a law that can be applied but many say it is right, I'm not really convinced

Can you share the link to the article where you read that Indians must declare crypto assets to the state? I have not seen anything related to such a law in mainstream media articles. I also believe in a country like India which is number one populated such a law can work and with a few tricks all crypto assets can be hidden from the government.
here I was looking for the news, it's not really an article but I read it here: https://iclg.com/practice-areas/anti-money-laundering-laws-and-regulations/india, now I don't know if it's right but I believe that in India, as you say, it is easy to circumvent the law

All these people are mislead by group of amateur youtubers who claim themselves as tech gurus but they don't have any technical knowledge just read some articles and advice people to invest and trade which is why we have lots of trading apps in India which are not really trading app but kind of gambling with futures.

Agree with you that most Indian Youtubers are the worst when they have a channel about crypto. Either they are after airdrops or they are discussing about meme coins. Not many talk about actual projects like Bitcoin, Ethereum and others. All they want is views and money from affiliate marketing. I haven't come across any apps of that kind. I generally avoid them as they are again waste in terms of recommendation.

it's clear that these people do it for money, no one would start talking about serious topics when they don't make them money.

Kiev knows that they are lost. Might as well go out with a BANG that shows everybody how much of the aggressors they really are.

Kiev might have conquered Russia at some time in the past, but you see that the Russians have straightened things out.

Cool

it is not easy to understand what will happen in future times, things could change and they could happen quickly, the fact is that Putin seems to be focused and going straight in his decision, so the war will happen and it also seems that he is intent on winning it

I have been studying altcoins market this year and I noticed there were manipulations I was not expecting. You can see a coin that will suddenly within 45 minutes to 1 hours pumped 3 to 5x and later within an hour be dumped 3 to 4x. I do not think that should be a market someone should be interested in.
That is the fact and it should not be an ideal investment or trade that one can do.
But if people are able to see the potential in the process there is nothing wrong, because in the end they themselves understand the impact of the risks that are generated and thus they must understand the risks.
That is how altcoins work or it can be more dangerous when someone gets involved in memes, but there are still many people who might be interested in getting involved and making money there.
[/quote]

yes exactly there are things that need to be said and you have to be careful what you do altcoins are not exactly evil. but sometimes when there are meme coins the risk of getting hurt is easy and what happens anyway no one should throw away those coins

by

on 26/12/2024, 21:30:49 UTC
What happens if RBI decides to ban Bitcoins? What will happen to the Bitcoins accumulated in my account then ?
If the RBI does decide to ban Bitcoin, it could lead to some restrictions but there are ways to prepare. Currently, Bitcoin is not recognized as legal tender in India, so an outright ban might not drastically change the situation. But to stay safe, you should keep your Bitcoin in a secure private wallet or on decentralized exchanges rather than centralized ones. If Bitcoin were to be banned, the RBI could require centralized exchanges to freeze or disclose funds, which could create complications for users like us.

In case the RBI takes further action, they could question individuals about their Bitcoin holdings, the source of funds, and potentially audit their transactions. So it's quite important to have a clear record of how your funds were acquired to avoid issues, especially if you've transferred or cashed out significant amounts.

Even our Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman has expressed skepticism toward cryptocurrencies, which may influence the RBI's stance. This cautious approach from the government suggests that while a total ban is not certain, there could be increased scrutiny. For now, keeping your Bitcoin off centralized platforms and maintaining a record of transactions can help you stay prepared for any regulatory changes.

it seems that now the system has gotten a little worse. I read that there will be an anti-money laundering law and that many will have to declare their cryptocurrencies to the state. Now I don't know if it is a law that can be applied but many say it is right, I'm not really convinced

I agree with your point on Bitcoin and Indians are into crypto not because of Bitcoin they are here to make money fast. They think that crypto is the only option available after the share market to multiply their investment fast.
All these people are mislead by group of amateur youtubers who claim themselves as tech gurus but they don't have any technical knowledge just read some articles and advice people to invest and trade which is why we have lots of trading apps in India which are not really trading app but kind of gambling with futures.

many times I read about these stupid toutubers who know nothing about the environment and what is happening, I think that these people would do better to pay attention to what they advise and I hope they don't make those who follow them do stupid things

I think that Luigi Mangione only exaggerated in the extreme gesture, for the rest I believe that his thoughts are right and that they truly reflect profound values ??but I don't think that killing is the best solution and that it was just an exasperated gesture due only to him knowing what

in my opinion it was a bit exaggerated and what he did was also a bit exasperation of a boy who actually had problems and you can't say that the cause was just, a person died and this meant that the person killed was mentally unstable and he must be helped in some structure, forever

Re: Wars are now days Roman empire gladiator fights
by
vino.gcs
on 24/12/2024, 22:05:17 UTC
During the roman empire, gladiators perform to entertain Caesar, and the spectators, they risk their lives for the fun of others. I agree with you and Hispo, that USA stands as the modern day Roman empire, and their president is like Caeser, but the modern day gladiators if you're looking at it from that perspective are not fighting to entertain the US or any other country. These countries are at wars, lives are being lost, businesses have crumbled and everybody is living in fear in those countries, so there's nothing entertaining about their situations.

What I can agree is that from the beginning of mankind, warfare has not stopped despite the modernization of the human race, deep down nations still want to dominate other nations like the Roman empire. That is why there'll always be innovations in warfare, it'll continue until perhaps it brings the end of mankind, although this is not my wish.

life and habits have remained the same despite thousands of years having passed and these are the results we have only partially evolved and this is the result we always and only want that show to entertain people even at the cost of our lives so that's how it is that has to go
