We staked our 2nd block. So even though we have been battling a couple people trying to cheat, we actually have a few more coins than we started with, after 350 payouts

In other news, I tried compiling the wallet on both Linux and Mac, and both cases failed miserably (errors with Qt). So now running a wallet (and staking) on Windows with a VM. So far so good. To the moon, right meow now.
Staking on a VM may slow you down, I am not entirely sure. virald compiled fine on Ubuntu for me, I did not try to get the QT though. But you can stake fine on virald, I have already staked 1 25 coin block.

- Removed the staged payment option(for now). It was not getting enough use to require staging payments. Even at 5 staged payments it was not filling up before the cronjobs auto send.
- Increased payouts to between 0.05-0.25 per hour. We will keep adjusting payout rates based on use.
- Added a banner. The page was looking kind of bare without one.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We will adjust the payout amounts in the future. We did not know how popular the faucet was going to be and we did not want to overextend ourselves since we are paying out of our pocket.
