Thanks for the response. This is 8 days after I posted this and at least 3 weeks after the multiple multiple emails. I really didn't want to post anything negative but this is after weeks of trying, and your only contact on your site is that email. You need to add a statement at the bottom of your site that says you only respond to bitcointalk private messages if that is the case. I tried multiple email clients including yahoo, hotmail, gmail for weeks trying to contact you guys. Fix your email. Also I don't want to mislead anybody, the card WORKS so order if you want a working card. My only problem has been the communication up until now. I'm cutting my losses and won't be private messaging. Thanks again for responding.
I'm sorry again. This is obviously our fail. We will take note on this. Probably will implement some on-site contacting system in order to avoid any email problems.

As it stated on our site, no, there is no any additional comission per transaction. You can spend the amount till the last penny.

Cards are reloadable, but we still didn't automate this procedure. And we don't want to make our customers wait for manual processing.
Probably in future we will add such feature, but sorry, can't promise right now.

Ontopic. OP do you plan on adding a $1 or $5 visa?
Unfortunately, the payment system where we purchase prepaid cards has $10 as a minimum amount.

This is for anyone thinking about ordering because this search comes up in Google. DON'T!!!!!
I bought a card
They ignore ALL emails. I tried 4-5 different emails spaced out in time through out 2 weeks, first from my original ip but then used a VPN because I really needed to contact them. All ignored.
You CAN'T add funds to these cards and there is NO way to check the balance.
I really really wanted this to work but they can't be trusted.

Also we didn't receive any requests to check balance yet.
I'm very sad that such situation occurred. Since launch we already have some regular customers and there were not any complaints until now. There was probably email issue (our mail server is currently linked to a free mail service which may reject some emails especially if they were sent from VPN or TOR IPs).

Our cards are virtual Visa cards used for online purchases only. We delivery them instantly after purchase as number, expiration date and cvv2 (and you can use any name and any billing address during purchase).
By the way, cards are reloadable, but currently such feature can't be used in automatic mode. But if anybody needs to add funds to already purchased card, it can be done manually after contacting us.
Also we can make a card with custom amount, but it also requires manual operations and possible after contacting us.

We're just resellers of the cards which just work.
The solution which we use to buy the cards works fine for years. We didn't have any troubles using them, all charges were successful for the first time.

Couple months ago I needed such service myself. I googled for it, but found only a couple of wired sites which required to register and fill a huge form with lots of personal details before they allow me to see what they offer.
So I decided to create such service. I'm sure it will be useful for someone

I agree, it's not cheap but it's a regular margin for such prepaid cards.
Moreover, this is a niche service where you can get full anonymity (for example, if you want to purchase member access for an adult site).
