I use two strategies. One is selling all. Another one is keeping an amount on hold. It completely depends on my research and intuition.

I don't feel the need for new exchanges if they don't come up with some revolutionary which other exchanges don't have. Only having good interface and ease of users are not enough for gaining everyone's trust right now.
