 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Ok, They ARE HELPING.
I had $300 lost for over 2-3 days, and have been sending email to support,  posting on this form like everyone else here.
And they did get around to getting my funds though.

So this is not a scam, they really are getting payments though, but slowly and they obviously have some processing issues.
My payment, once it got lost or what not took about 3 days or so to get resolved. My problem was not the wrong MtGox address (with the extra letters) but just the stalled during transfer error, the one that says 'loading'.

anyway- Bitinstant DID finally get my money though. So they are trying to help.
Just wanted to spread some good news here along with all the grief!

Hey guys, how about we start a class action law suit here?

I mean, I feel ripped off, like the rest of you. They say they are putting in tickets on our lost money, but I don't see anyone's problems being resolved and the site is still up and processing transactions.

So whats the deal? If there was some bottleneck a few days ago, why haven't some people started to get their funds cleared though?

I have not seen one post that has been 'thanks! issue resolved I now have my money.'

So whats the deal? whats going on? Is it the MTGox account number thing? Well that should be solvable easy!
I used the correct one, not the one at the top that has the additional letters. They have my correct MTGox account and my order account, etc. but nothing.

This feels like a scam to me, like they are taking some transactions and just hoping we will tire trying to get our money back or sent though. I personally don't think I'll ever see my money, even though everything was on the up and up, have the order number and all.

I say we contact a lawyer and get this pool of people who are here some real help. Anyone know a good lawyer who would take on a case like this? How do we get something like that started?

I never received any confirmation emails from bitinstant or anything from MTGox.
There are no codes from MTGox in my email.
Only email I got was from Dwolla saying they gave the money to bitinstant and that's where the trail stops- At you guys.

PLEASE IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 DAYS NOW AND MY MONEY IS LOST!!!!
This is the 3rd or 4th time I have posted. You have said it has been escalated but NOTHING.
I have sent email to support. WHERE is my money?!
I have lost my patience!
Next stop- better business bureau!

Thanks for the compliments!

First thing you should do is double check any confirmation emails for MTGOX codes that you may have to redeem.  If that leads you to a dead end let me know and I will escalate your issue.

URSAY, Thank you for being great support here!
I'm in the same boat as a lot of guys, for some reason my transaction is stuck on 'loading'.
Reading though the posts, it seems like there is a way some transactions to get stuck in this limbo and maybe all they need is a manual push?

Anyway- I already filed a ticket with you, just wanted to make sure you had my MtGox account # incase that was helpful in pushing it through:

Again, thank you for communicating with us and letting us know whats up. I was have been worried, as I think most of us are, that someone could just run off with our investments when we don't see them for a day and get no notification.
So the information is REALLY APPRECIATED!

Please help.
I put $300 into bitinstant yesterday. Should have taken an hour, but its been over 12 now!
These are the details:

Order ID: 9cafb842-dced-46e7-977a-13bfb74837d6
Quote ID: 2871fa44-407b-4db4-aa2e-4f18b01d3a59
Event ID: 1aa207eb-653e-4ef1-b069-c0b8d93c1c49

Dwolla moved the money out of my account (dwolla transaction ID # is 2508578) but it has not showed up in Mtgox.

Can someone from bitinstant please help? I sent email to support but no response.
 Huh
