Can somebody tell me how all these debitcards work? At what price (bid of any or a specific exchange? something else? illiquid tokens suffer from horrible spreads and volume) are tokens/cryptocurrencies actually exchanged? How is it done to get the best price for both user without card supplier costing it money? Sorry if this might be a bit off topic

Why is this getting hardly any attention?

Am I missing something? Where is the structure of the sale?
For instance, how many coins do I get per ETH during Pre-sale?
How much during Crowdsale?
Any bonuses?

Am I blind? Usually it's not hard to find this info.
