Re: Fair Launch for Waya Wolf Coin Version 3
by

All proof MUST be submitted to the swap discord before the swap ends along with the Version 3 wallet address the coins are to be sent to.  All information for the swap is public knowledge and everything will be transparent.  ANY REQUESTS DM'd TO ME WILL BE DELETED AND THEREFORE NOT SUBMITTED TO THE SWAP.
Bad idea to make crypto non anonymous and swap not automated. Also requiring to use Discord.

Re: [ANN] Eclipt (ELT) – A Decentralized Cryptocurrency with Hybrid PoW/PoS Consensu

Dear Eclipt Community Members,

Update

We are excited to announce that we have successfully released an updated version of our protocol, designed to enhance ASIC resistance. Our team has worked diligently to modernize the mining algorithm, making coin mining more fair and accessible for GPU owners. Specialized ASIC devices will no longer be able to gain significant advantages over regular miners.

What has changed?

New Hashing Algorithm:
We have modified the base Scrypt algorithm by incorporating dynamic parameter adjustments and enhanced validations. This makes it more difficult to develop ASIC hardware and reduces the risk of hash rate centralization.
Not reflected in source code.

tez bez KYC i maja większosc par i niektóre shitcoiny
Nie każdy uznaje shitokeny. I rzeczywiście chodzi także o altcoiny. No i nawet największe giełdy mogą upaść lub oszukiwać.

Transparency and Integrity: While it is true that we forked Xelis blockchain, we have strictly adhered to best practices by using only public repositories. At no point did we access or steal private repositories, as alleged in the Xelis request.
The word "private" means some informations from the original notice was redacted.

Re: [ANN][CRON] cronas (cronas.org) | First Crypto Currency based on Time
by
wargo
on 06/05/2024, 09:53:28 UTC
Most coins have a block reward. Cronas coin does not operate that way. You receive rewards daily at midnight GMT. The point of a block with bitcoin is to offer a reward if a miner finds the solution. Cronas is based on Time. Each day produces a new block. Think of how a merchant processes their daily sales. At the end of the day he or she sends a “Batch” which is the sales for the day. But throughout the day the transactions were verified when the customer swipes their card. The total batch will then be deposited in the merchants bank.

Cronas coin works on this principle. The transactions are verified during the day and then the block occurs at midnight GMT and all of the daily transactions are added to the database. The operator of the validator receives a validator reward which is the transaction fees collected for the day. No coins are stored on the validator. Only wallets can contain coins.
Who pays that?
We propose a network that offers super fast confirmations, thousands per second combined with the benefits of a distributed crypto network
How you want to achieve this?

Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Core: Leading the Charge in Decentralized Finance
by
wargo
on 06/05/2024, 08:16:57 UTC
CPU Mining Accessibility: In our quest to promote decentralization and inclusivity, Bitcoin Core is proud to offer CPU mining as a viable option for users to participate in securing the network. Unlike traditional Proof of Work algorithms that favour specialized mining hardware, Bitcoin Core's SHA256 mining algorithm is designed to be CPU-friendly, ensuring that mining remains accessible to a wide range of participants. Whether you're a seasoned miner with dedicated hardware or a casual enthusiast with nothing more than a laptop, there's a place for you in the Bitcoin Core mining community.
How you achieve this? Algorithm changes?
