I'm running into an issue recovering an old backup wallet from 2014, and hoping someone here can help me. After replacing the wallet.dat file and letting the network catch up, I am seeing an unconfirmed balance of 32621234.362532 GCN but available balance of 0 GCN. The receiving address per transaction ledger isn't listed in the wallet anymore and I can't find the address or transaction in block explorer. I ran info on the address and it is showing valid and owned by me in the console. I was also able to dump the private key for the address but when trying to import it on another computer nothing is restored. Any idea of how I can rebroadcast a raw transaction or any other ideas on how to retrieve these coins? Thanks for any help.

Hello, the process is pretty straight forward. There is not a central registry to report to other than the county where the property is located. We download a deed template from the county website, fill it in using the new seller / buyer info, and then make the transaction. We can use an escrow service to complete the transaction. Once, the deed is signed over, the new buyer can mail it into the county recorder's office with a check for the recording fee, and the county will record the property in your name.

How does the process to buy land in the USA work? Is there a centralized government registry where you can identify who owns certain plots of land? What steps do you as the seller have to take to make sure that it is legally transferred to a new owner?

This was addressed above, there is a road running on the west side of the property running in to Lantry rd.

Just curious, but is it possible for non-USA residents to own this land? I'd love to buy some overseas property, but have a feeling that the law makes it impossible. Are there any plants that would grow in this environment, or is it just a few cactus species?

You can see for sale and sold listings on Zillow below. The closest properties are the 2 under highway 93. One's for sale and the other is a sold listing. The property is slightly southwest of those. If you zoom in you'll see Lantry and Amana Rd. That's where the property is.

Your land is located somewhere that I would not personally want to own land (I am personally more attracted to a more urban lifestyle, rather than living in a rural area), so I would not personally be interested in your property.
It doesn't look like Zillow is able to provide any kind of estimated value of your property. I might suggest posting either the assessed value (by the taxing authority), comparable sales in the area, or some other information that would help a potential buyer value your property.

It's a bit dusted in the picture, but if you pull up a gis map or check it out on Google maps, you'll see a road on the left side of the lot. We confirmed this with the county also. Yes, this is isolated land in Arizona, but there is a lot you can do with it. We have had interest from locals in that county but not entertaining finance options at this time. The property doesn't appear to have road access from the sat images. If you don't have direct access to the road you might be kinda land locked between someone elses property.
Also it's obviously in the middle of a desert so that's something to consider as well.
