Then I did a excellent job on whalesheaven bounty project, I spent few minutes on the project and I saw that it's not worth it, can't even understand the whole idea, I knew something is off, anyways, thanks OP for sharing
We are pioneering a new way to exchange cryptocurrencies. Atomic swaps turned out to be good in theory and bad in practice. We took the idea and implemented that with multisigs. There are lots of complex cryptographic things that we implement and now have to explain. We know that not everyone can understand right away what is there inside. Hence, we are working on to provide better explanatory materials at the moment.
How about the weekly rewards? I heard that it is not sent

Taking a cue from all the analysis of members, this project don't deserve investors trust, why is it that whenever we see something wrong about the project, like copy pasting their whitepaper, these projects always give us a lot of alibis that they overlooked things I'm speaking for all the projects that copy paste their materials and giving bad excuses about their project, before you come out posting and promoting your project, be sure that all things are in order, if you have an intention to scam you will always get caught.
We encourage you to check you facts better. We are not selling tokens. We don't have a white paper. Our FAQ has never contained any plagiarism. The only issue we had with a privacy policy document, which is not something big. www.whalesheaven.com is fully associated with the WHALESHEAVEN OÜ reg.number 14841588 which is incorporated under the Estonian law.
You can never deny the fact that most people here are smart and they've always do their assignment to research and to disprove all of the people and thread that has been posted here that smell fishy, feel sorry for you man your project is now tagged.
I saw a friend on Facebook promoting I urge him to check this thread, and after reading he stop promoting and deleted his posts, if you have knowledge that it's a scam even a small information is just enough for people to dig and developers to answer all issues, I'm thanking people here for continuous battling bad projects in our community.
Whalesheaven team will launch the project even with accusations though. The only that matters now is to spread to the community to never trade on the scam exchange.
The community does a good job in battling the scam projects, however apparently sometimes this battle becomes opinion based. At this point the discussion became rather emotional than factual. Campaign security and workflow update. To improve quality and speed of the stack calculation bounty manager has to see reports in a certain format. Please follow the formatting rules established by the manager. Now all participants officially have a 2 days period to provide any complaints or point out the mistakes.

-- Stacks are counted on Monday
-- Participants have 2 days before the token distribution to file a complaint or correct provided report. Token distribution happens on Wednesday evening

Four weeks participants receive tokens as stated in the title. After the first month the title will be changed to ✅✅✅Monthly payments!✅✅✅, thus it will fairly represent the current frequency of payments. After week 4, if a participant is not agree with updated frequency it's up to him to leave the campaign with earned tokens in own pocket.
Even if they are not running an ICO the fact that they are giving lies on the information on their website is enough to consider them as a scam projects, they are running a bounty campaign for awareness because they have an exchange platform, people are going to deposit their coins there and that will be the opportunity for them to scam people.
Please be more specific, what exact statements present on the website you find lying?
People can't deposit coins on WhalesHeaven because it's a P2P exchange. It's mentioned above that to proof our goodwill we are going to integrate trustpilot. WhalesHeaven is open to discussions and if you have suggestions on how we can become more trustworthy please do share.

That doesn't change the fact that you rushed an unfinished product to customers without a double check

As long as your platform is part of an exchange where virtual currency is exchanged against fiat currency, you need a new license, and the rules are different now.
please have a look at the FAQ section. The platform does not support crypto to fiat deals and as a decentralized solution it does not need a license for crypto to crypto deals.
All the multisig mumbo-jumbo is useless when the company is in cahoots with one of the parties involved in the transaction.
And with what you have shown this far it's a bit hard to try and believe you.
Currently, it is a possible scenario, however this will badly damage the platform's reputation. We are working to provide a 100% secure and decentralized solution for large transactions. our ideal scenario is to ensure that both seller and buyer can ensure they are making the deal with each other and that they are sending money to each other's wallets. Biggest issue that we are working on to solve is to protect participants from MITM attack. This is a very complex topic and should be solved for every single blockchain in a different way.
One of the things that we will provide after this conversation is we will integrate trustpilot so users can have an independent source of trust.
Let's see the story from a different point of view
- you blew 1.2 millions of investors money
- you claimed to have funded 11 million in different ICOs and nobody saw a cent
- you stopped communicating with your investors, you stoped releasing news, you never told people about the struggles, suddenly you simply disappeared.
So, why should anybody trust you?
There were no 1.2 million. In fact, Citowise has never raised any amount of money, it was self-funded until the end. All the claims were marketing mockery and the person who was in charge of that is not a member of the WhalesHeaven project. If that wouldn't be the case then there would have been at least some legal allegations against Citowise. Citowise is still a legal entity in Estonia and none of the founders had any issues with authorities.
Thank you for your attention to such details. Your concerns are understandable since many scams occurred in the crypto industry. Such a thing as a wrong registration number on the official website is a big red flag.
However, you have to understand the reality of a startup and why such things as a wrong reg number or poor TOS happened. The main reason is the speed of development and team size. The startup has to go fast and focus on the main features which are multi signatures and the app itself. There were many internal discussions about how to protect user funds in all negative scenarios and we will continue to work on strengthening the vision we have.
4.Please provide concrete examples of how multi signature could be misused so we can discuss and defend against that analogy. For now, you can inspect the code on Github and read FAQ. Simply put there are always three signatures involved. It makes impossible for the platform to steal money
5. Part of the WhalesHeaven team indeed worked in Citowise. That information is public and never meant to be hidden. Citowise failed to raise funds and hence struggled to survive. I checked a significant part of the participants in the company’s signature in the spreadsheet and found that half of the specified bitcointalk accounts are banned, have a negative rating or have a signature code and an Avatar of a completely different Bounty company. I would like to know how you accepted all these accounts to participate in the Bounty Company?

Yesterday it was practically impossible for to distinguish between good and bad applications thus all accounts were accepted. Later the same evening a new rule was introduced that applicant must wear the signature before making the application. That way we do verify if an account is owned by the applicant. Our prime motivation is to allow fair users to participate in the campaign. Regardless of that most of the first 160 applications were accepted we do not encourage scumming and will reject all the users who do not wear our signature and are allowed for the campaign. Same goes for the users with a negative rating.

About the platform:
WhalesHeaven is a peer-to-peer swapping platform with a decentralized deal process that rethinks the atomic swaps!
