Re: Interested in Ausbildung
by

Here a deep check with chatGPT

1. Ausbildung: Mechatroniker vs. Hotelfachmann vs. Pflegefachkraft

Mechatroniker

Quite demanding: involves mechanical, electrical, and IT knowledge.

German level: You usually need at least B1–B2 to follow the technical classes.

Job prospects: Very good! Skilled trades like Mechatronik are in high demand, especially in industry-heavy regions (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, NRW).

Salary after Ausbildung: Usually higher than Hotelfachmann and comparable or slightly below Pflegefachkraft.

Hotelfachmann (Hotel Management)

Less technical, more service-oriented.

Often requires good communication and customer service skills in German and English.

Job prospects: Hotels are always hiring, but contracts can be seasonal and salaries are usually lower.

Pflegefachkraft (Nursing)

Very strong demand (Germany has a shortage).

Hard work physically and emotionally.

You can start even if your German is not perfect, but you will need B2 German for official recognition and communication with patients.

Secure career, possibility to get permanent residence easier.

👉 So, Mechatroniker is not "harder" in the sense of impossible, but it requires good technical interest and language skills. Hotelfachmann and Pflegefachkraft are more common among foreigners because the entry requirements are sometimes lower and the demand is stable.

2. Racism / Far-right politics

It’s true that the far-right has become more visible in some regions.

In big cities and industrial areas, diversity is higher and racism tends to be less open.

Non-EU workers are still very welcome in most industries because Germany needs skilled workers.

You may face occasional prejudice, but generally, if you are qualified and respectful, you’ll be fine.

3. Finding an apartment

Yes, it’s very hard in big cities (Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg).

Smaller towns (where many Ausbildung companies are located) are usually easier.

Tip: Many Auszubildende live in Azubi-Wohnheime (student/apprentice dorms) or shared flats (WG).

4. Finding a sponsor company

Many companies in shortage fields (nursing, technical trades) are open to hiring international applicants.

You need:

German language certificate (at least B1, often B2).

Recognized school documents (sometimes only high school diploma is enough).

Your accounting bachelor’s degree doesn’t hurt, but for Ausbildung, companies mainly care if you are motivated and can complete the training.

5. Master’s degree vs. Ausbildung

Master’s degree:

More academic, needs C1 German or English-taught program.

Costs money, and job chances depend on your field. With accounting, you’d compete with locals who already know German business/tax law.

Ausbildung:

Paid from the start (~€1,000/month, depends on profession).

Direct path to permanent job and residence.

Easier to integrate into the German job market.

👉 If your main goal is to work and stay in Germany long-term, Ausbildung (especially Mechatroniker or Pflegefachkraft) is usually more secure than a Master’s in Accounting.

✅ My recommendation for you:
If you’re interested in technology and willing to improve your German to at least B1/B2, go for Mechatroniker – good career prospects, decent pay, and companies really need skilled workers.
If you want a very stable and secure job with guaranteed demand, then Pflegefachkraft is also excellent.

Thank you.

I think you must have a better heat-sink than is fitted on my BitAxe Gamma. My temps seem to be 5-10C more than yours.
i have the standard heat sink, but i have replaced the thermal paste, with a new one.

Thanks Willi and philipma1957, totally understand.
Who else is a long-time forum member here who is up for joining a 2:3 multisig escrow with us for our Block Parties?
We can do a call and you can verify Rigly is for real.
Also we can do a % fee for your service.

Thanks,
   Evan
If you would do it completely true my own separate wallet with a % fee, than contact me per PM
A Multisig Wallet is to complex, and have no experience with it.

Hello all,

for some bitaxe user here, maybe the tuning script is nice to know.

https://github.com/mrv777/Bitaxe-Hashrate-Benchmark/

you can auto tune the speed parameter to the best value.

Standard Usage
Run the benchmark tool by providing your Bitaxe's IP address:

python bitaxe_hashrate_benchmark.py <bitaxe_ip>
Optional parameters:

-v, --voltage: Initial voltage in mV (default: 1150)
-f, --frequency: Initial frequency in MHz (default: 500)
Example:

python bitaxe_hashrate_benchmark.py 192.168.2.29 -v 1175 -f 775

try it out, i moved my bitaxe gamma from 1.2 to 1.6 THs

Best regards,
Willi

"workername": "bc1qeuupt2tgerfum8jclt8aklu9cdmzzkwml9lg7c.RoE187_¹"

Thinking aloud, we could do a 2:3 multisig for the mining escrow with CK, Willi, or others on the forum here..

A multisig is certainly the only way where distribution is cryptographically enforced unless CK is willing to alter the pool code so that both addresses (yours and ours) are included in the coinbase and the rewards are distributed based on work.

And for the record, I did talk to Heather (one of Rigly founders), and she does approve that Evan, aka eb66 is her partner. I can't see beyond my PC screen, but I do think these folks are genuine; the amount of work they put in doesn't suggest that they are planning a scam. Obviously, "Never trust, always verify," but I am saying this so that Willi and the rest of the forum members take eb66 seriously and engage in conversation.

As for rigly folks, obviously, the first step would be to verify that Willi's account is still operated by the same person (ask him to sign a message from one of his known/stacked addresses); if that checks out, rest assured that Willi is to be trusted given his history on the forum.

Another member I would recommend to be part of the multisig would be philipma1957.

BTW, Willi hasn't visited the thread for so long, maybe reach out to him via PM?

I'm still the same Willi and I'm still active. I'm just writing a little less in this post, since I'm no longer hosting block parties.
Two reasons that drove me to do this are a) Nicehash wanted to know too much and b) the legal situation in Germany.

I don't want to participate in it at the moment (no time). If I do, I'll organize block parties myself again. But first I need to make time for that and check the legal and tax situation.

But I wish you luck and to everyone who takes part, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's not a scam.

Best regards,
Willi
