I usually get my deposit in 15-30 minutes. I made a deposit today for .5 and it has been almost 6 hours and I haven't received the balance yet. Transaction shows completed on the bitcoin wallet end but nothing on Cloudbet.
Lately I add 0.001 for the miners when depositing to Cloudbet.

Indeed. UI and experience also much nicer and clearer then most of the A or A+ sites, except for Cloudbet's, in my opinion theirs is the best.
lol, are u seriously think directber has a better UI? the best feature for DB is no account feature, and good support, but the odds and the ui are very terrible.
I vote a for cloudbet and betcoin, cloudbet offers best odds, and betcoin offers best vip program.
I don't care about vip program. Just had a look but betcoin is missing all my favorites. No golf, no darts, no formula 1 gp.
As I said cloudbet was the best for me as well but after multiple bad experiences not anymore.

Good news - we have grown our support team. You can now expect much faster response times.
The customer who claims not to have received a response was asked repeatedly to email us from his registered email address, which he did not.

So you require me (or/and others) to contact you via registred email address.
This required condition opened my eyes that earlier i had a security issue on your site and so perhaps these two things are connected
I shared this issue here with Peeps Place in private message 2 months ago. (i have screenshots on it.)
I recommed all cloudbet customers to turn on 2-Step authentication if they do not want to lose all their funds.

Pfff.. Just change your name and contact them with your registered email. Move on.
If you don't trust them 2-step will not help in any way will it?

I would stop betting with this account and go bet somewhere else meanwhile. That's what I did after they pulled back my winnings, twice. You could try opening a new account with them to see if that works.
Perhaps they did something, or something broke, and they cannot or will not solve it.
Keep emailing and pushing them to get your winnings meanwhile anyway, perhaps you're luckier than me.
I switched to Directbet.eu, whole different system and little getting used to but I love it now.

I'm also emailing with them now, couldn't even login anymore this morning. Since today (after 1.5 years of betting) my account is 'not activated' anymore. It's now under investigation.
Had another issue two weeks ago where they paid out a bet, but two days later removed those winnings claiming the odds where not according to marketstandards. According to their terms can make them undone. Even after payout. Cost me over 3BTC.

Purchased 1 goxcoin as a test but never received it. The website stock remains the same as this afternoon (432).

In all honesty, i'm sorry if you're a legit user but i'm not sure your word will be enough. You'll have to admit that your account's activity and the coincidence of your posts right after i accused bitcoin.de of scam is pretty suspicious. Again, i'm sorry of you're a real user, but even if you say everything went fine, you have to understand that you're just not credible enough for me.

As i said, i have no idea if you're even a real account or not. What i do know is that being the genius criminal mastermind that he is, the Bitcoin.de guy probably paid his domain and hosting service one.com with his credit card, which means that they have his info, address, etc. on record. I suspect we suddenly won't be hearing from him here, but this is just a heads up if you're feeling vengeful or for the more... tenacious amongst you.
At one.com you can also pay with Paypal. You don't need to be confirmed in order to pay right?
Just sell something in ebay to have some funds and you can buy domains anonymous.
Anyway, still no coins in, the site says their stock is still 432, same like before when I bought them.
