I hit the similar issue.

1 password right, and reset 2FA
2 password right, but second password wrong.
3 password wrong.


it seams you give right password,
then after you give wrong 2FA or "wrong second password",
the password wrong.

so what to do.
I guess
you password is right. just need make sure 2FA and "wrong second password" both right.

I am Will, I am in Shanghai, I had join in this Forum about 3 month ago. But only register today for NEM.

I heard NEM several days ago, and I decide not join NEM. As that time I think it is just fork the NXT for more money.

But today I saw people talk the NEM is start by the same developer of NXT.
NEM is utopianism. So I am interest in NEM.
