his case is not about this, if you read the thread he created on stake.com forum and read the screenshot the OP shared of the conversation he had with their support, you'll see that the support was saying that the $36 payment was the correct one. if he didn't fight more for his case and gave up he would most likely only get the $36 they initially paid him.
I didn’t say that he shouldn’t fight for his case more and do everything to reach Stake support, what I meant is there are some people who would start accusing the casino for scamming him and spam bad messages everywhere. In this case it was only a misunderstanding from the casino team and what the OP did is correct as I said in my post because he didn’t start accusing the casino for scam neither he started spamming all Stake threads like some people does here.
I like our community here, whenever we have similar cases, everyone step up for help and notify the team and representatives to get a quick answer and resolve the issue, and I’m talking about casinos that have thread and signature campaigns in this forum.
Probably my first post wasn’t clear enough, so thank you for your mention, I could explain my point better now.

The truth is that I didn’t want to initiate such a process because i thought that Stake is legitimate and will pay but as I see it’s not as legitimate as it looks

Welcome to the forum. Please have the OP more clearly reveal (with text) what happened without people needing to click on any outside links - those are fine for people who want to click. Are you saying their site crashed at the moment something was supposed to pay out big?

Yes , probably it crashed to avoid paying the winnings .
After some days on 20 May they have changed also provider on nolimit city at least because any history on any currency has been disappeared and the loading intro on games changed
