Yeserday I have sent in-shop message asking what was that previous update. Today I've got another status update: "Awaiting Carrier Pick-up". When I wanted to log-in, their shop was down for "maintenance". Those stammers are fast, haha

Filed a FTC complaint a month ago, no response, so seems we have no hope at all to get back our money
My friend who ordered January batch received his unit earlier than me, just great.
Can you give us details? AFAIK only early batch 1 customers have received units (December delivery), no batch 2 (January delivery) customers have received units yet.Yeah, in two days got an answer that he received something else from Switzerland, does not even remember what. I was terrified.

You should write to police if they have department which research sybercrimes. Usually they should have. They can find this man, but process is comlicated here.
Ok maybe "scam" isn't the right word, but i still think this is a scam.
Maybe it's true, what do you suggest? Not buying? That will not solve the problem of stealing time from customers. If there are real facts, then ok, we'll write FTC, they'll take care on this case.
A scam with refunds?

My friend just tol me he received his cheque refund for 1 Ths Platinum from VMC. Anyway, one month for waiting for cheque to arrive and another for waiting to clear it by banks. Frozen money for few months.
I've sent one of my friends to VMC, he bought 1THs Platinum more than a week ago. Today he called and told me that aprox. shipping would be 2-3 months. So, WTF? I'm too ordered when here in forum shipping was December, not 2-3 months.
