Hey,

I'm maintaining Cryptocoins – the most complete cryptocurrency icon pack; just released a new update including Ubiq!

Hope you won't mind me posting here (other communities appreciate it).

Everything is alive and kicking.

We have been focused on upgrading existing infrastructure to the new chain. All of our existing services are now upgraded.

Everything is running very smooth on the Ubiq platform.

Expect updates in the near future about upcoming services/projects/releases.

Our team obtained many of the cryptocurrencies that were frozen on Cryptsy's servers when the exchange collapsed. The CoinmarketsCoin (Jumbucks) wallet.dat was among those recovered.

We are now in the process of giving these wallet files back to their respective communities. The wallet has not been inspected and it's unknown if it contains any coins. If you are a developer of this coin, or a longstanding community member, you can file a request for the wallet in this thread: https://www.gldtalk.org/index.php?topic=3789.0
Reply

I have made a request for the cryptsy wallet.
We will either burn the coins, or hold them in a dedicated address until our governance system is rolled out to let the community vote.

Will update once I have more info/have inspected.

Online rats are always thinking that Trolls come here to annoy and dirty because they care a lot that other new victims are cheated but not. The harsh reality is that there are rats that will soon leave the ship and we only talk about evidence of years.
Past time:
* UBIQ is a scam and collaborates with two more scams.  Angry
* Jumbucks is a scam Luke Williams a rat kid in love with money.  Angry
* Sarcoin is a scam (now renamed Qwark) and Ruben Arcas and Sasa Darco scammers.  Angry

What is your problem when you speak the truth? NONE, ARE RATS, ARE STABES.
If it does not hurt the truth, fuck you. UBIQ gives no honest answer because they have partnered with scammers Luke, Ruben and Sasa.

Web: http://behindmlm.com/mlm-reviews/infinitum-flame-review-qwark-ponzi-points-pool-miners-reboot/

I was just going to ignore you but here we go.

* It's Ubiq (UBQ) not UBIQ.
* Jumbucks had no ICO, no Premine, a fair launch and almost 3 years of active development with no funding before evolving into Ubiq. The swap has been done in the fairest way possible.
* This is not the Sarcoin thread, please take your fud there.
* Ruben and Sasa have no involvement in Ubiq. I'm not sure why you keep bringing them up.  Huh

Please, read the official announcements and do some research before trying to attack me or this project.  Roll Eyes

Thanks

On the 25th of February Sarcoin will be swapping from its current PoS chain, to becoming a token on the Ubiq network.

You can find out more info on Ubiq here

The swap will be 1:1, all existing Sarcoin will be swapped. During this swap a rebranding is also taking place, SAR will become QWARK.

No new sarcoin will be created during the swap. The total supply at time of swap will be the total supply of Qwark on the Ubiq blockchain.

The swap will take place on bittrex, please send your Sarcoin there before the 25th of February. Also make sure you secure your account properly with 2fa if it is not already.

If you miss the swap do not worry, instructions on how to submit late swaps will follow post swap.

Qwark will benefit hugely from operating on the Ubiq blockchain, although it will lose PoS, it will gain smart contracts and the network strength Ubiq offers.

Thanks!  Smiley

the swap claim form is back online: https://ubiqsmart.com/coinswapclaim/

Thank you for your patience.

^ok now where are my coins? :\

You have not submitted a claim with a valid signature. and as we have already discussed, all of your slack accounts (bigballer, asicdog, dartcoin, owsleybeats) had and still have a 0 balance.

You are welcome to submit a claim via the claim form. Better yet, provide the information here publicly. jbs address with a positive balance at time of swap, that hasnt already been swapped, a ubiq address, and a valid signature created by signing the ubiq address with the jbs address. If you are not able to cryptographically verify ownership of jbs, then you had no jbs eligible for swap outside of bittrex.

If it was not clear already, ignore gembitz, he is in no way involved in the project.

$UBQ is not listed on yobit

https://ubiqsmart.com/coinswapclaim/
is now 404

I filled the form 3 weeks ago, and the UBQ address for the the claim shows ZERO.

we announced the swap and had the form available since september.. If your late submission has not been processed please contact me in the ubiq slack so we can resolve the issue, most likely the information provided is not correct. (e.g the signature failed)

The claim form is temporarily down as we have been migrating servers. It will be back soon.

Sad to see this switch to ethereum chain, as ethereum is one of the least secure chains in crypto. https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereumfraud/

We didn't switch to the ethereum chain. Please read the ANN and various other posts by myself and the rest of the team.

The most common thing I hear when meeting clients looking at blockchain tech is 'We are interested in ethereums technology but it has had too many problems, and more planned forks in the future, there is too much uncertainty for our company to risk building on it'
So we intend to fill that need.
As we see, the dev's mission is to create the alternative to Ethereum for business, targeting stability and predictability, without 'civil wars' (see ETC) and experiments with unpredictable results. So, as far as I understand, they will watch other cryptos (mainly ETH, but not limited to) and use only time-proven, good decisions from there.
Ethereum equals innovations, experiments, bleeding edge tech, something like testing ground for UBQ, which will become stable and reliable DAPP platform for fintech companies. That is the current vision of the project.
^
Is my understanding correct? Because if that is, then this platform has more value than ETC & other clones, bringing it closer to ETH itself.

I also think that such information - the mission, the goals, the reasons of creation and what need you intend to fill - should be added to ANN and outlined, making it easier to find, to help people understand why you are different and what you want to achieve.

This is correct. We have expanded the team and aligned ourselves with some strategic partners in the fintech space to help make our vision a reality.  This is also why our primary focus in the first week was ensuring the network was stable, which resulted in the introduction of a new difficulty adjustment algorithm (Flux) which was designed after observing issues in digishield. We wanted to get all that out of the way before any Dapps or service integrations.

Do you have already some partners ready to use your network?

you will have to wait for the roadmap  Wink

And somebody forget cant get access to his wallet with  65 UBQ, because of wrong password  Cry Cry  Have anybody got more stupid situation?)
it's possible that your password is not wrong. there's an issue with geth. if you try to run "geth account update" it may accept your password as you type it in, and allow you to change it. after changing it will start working properly.
Ty for your reply) Can you say ane details about this "geth account update" ? Where i can get it. Because under password is a file with private key from http://ubiqsmart.com/coinswapaddress/#generate-wallet . I was think password is bad, i have crewated one more wallet with the same password and it work without any problems.

If you saved the raw unencrypted private key when creating the swap address, you can import it fine, with no password, and set one when importing.

After the fork, diff is 6.025T. I'm migrating my rigs to EXP. Same diff and Block Reward, highest price.

I think you need to wait a few hundred blocks to get a more accurate picture of the network post fork.

yes, new diff adjust has kicked in nicely. fork was very smooth  Cool will take some time to fully adjust, but as you can already see, things are smoothing out.

For now, the data set used to calculate diff contains mostly data from pre fork blocks. it will take a few of cycles to adapt 100%.

I have been mining some time for address from http://ubiqsmart.com/coinswapaddress/, I know it was my fault, is there any chance I could withdraw my mined Ubiq? Thanks in advance.

Watch this video for help on importing your address into the go-ubiq wallet.
