My deposit still not showing in my bittrex wallet, although it is in deposit history. Logged case to support on 12.22.2017 (Case#837286).

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM ?

on 11 December 2017 i sent 0.00666674 btc from blockchain account to my bittrex account , after 1 hour i checked the transaction and it was unconfirmed and i logged in in bittrex , the 0.00666674 btc was listed as pending deposit.
after 4 days i checked the transaction and it was finally confirmed on blockchain.
 i returned to Bittrex, and guess what ? the 0.00666674 btc has completely disappeared from the bittrex account, not listed as pending deposit and my balance not credited but i can see the 0.00666674 on deposit history.
today i tried again to send 0.001 btc to bittrex everything was perfect and my balance credited with 0.001 btc but the first deposit still missing.

NP : my account is not hacked and there`s nothing on history of withdraw.

I have a question for everyone who has had their deposit disappear like this. Did you all have it under pending for exactly 3 days before it got moved over to the completed deposits? The reason I ask this is because the same thing happened to me and it was on pending for 3 days but didn't get confirmed in that time. Then, it moved over to the completed and got confirmed the next day but the coins never showed up. I think what's happening is the transactions used to fail and get sent back to your wallet after 3 days. However, it now takes 2 weeks for the transaction to fail and to get your coins back. Seems like they still have it coded into their site that the transaction should fail after 3 days. I think if they just went in and changed that 14 days, this problem would disappear. However, i'm not sure of an easy way to get all users their funds back. This is probably something that's going to need to be done manually. Knowing Bittrex, this probably won't get done either. Unless they decide to hire a whole team of people to help with it.
