Well if any of my relative or friend's ask me this question, i will shout at them that "Come on we are still in bear market, there's still blood on the street" I will wholeheartedly tell them to invest but first i will tell them that invest what only you can afford to lose.

Yes, of course I will still gamble. No matter how strict government rules prohibit gambling, they gamblers will still survive.
