No, you don't get access to a full bank account in your name plus you only access the card's services through the interface of the service you chose. If you're talking about bank grade security though, I admitedly don't know. It surely has to be more insured than letting your bitcoins sit in the wallet of a service that you have no direct control on.

No not yet since I was busy the last 3 days will do it today since its Sunday and I have free time though have to check for proxies first as VPN at creating doesn't work that well.

Will test it out tomorrow morning and see if account will be okay and get impressions after like 12h though adwords usually takes up to 48h.
