Sorry for re-posting again. But please take a look at this Seth or any other support members.

I have a similar problem as well.

It says SERIOUS ERROR as well.

I went for a cash deposit more than 24 hours ago. Paid via moneygram to zipzap it in my local CVS store. The money never appeared in my MtGox account.

It looks like I'm in the same boat as some of the others:
I did not receive an Order ID or an e-mail from BitInstant, but I did receive an e-mail notification entitled "Successful ZipZap Payment" from ZipZap.
Here is the info that I was given by ZipZap:

I'm sure that this backlog will be cleared up and taken care of within a matter of days at the very most.  I have had similar issues with BitInstant in the past and they have always made it right at some point.

I think you are in a better boat than I am.

For me, it actually said that the order had a "serious error." I received "Successful ZipZap Payment" also from ZipZap.

I hope you are right for everyone for your last point.

it looks alot like a straight up scam at this point.



I believe that it's not a scam, rather it is just a high influx of trade especially because of the surge in prices last night. I am being optimistic.

Come on BitInstant, I know that you can pull through.
