Hello, i am living in Ukraine and i like to bet on esports. The last betting tournament was DOTA2 Riyadh Masters. I saw an advertisement of bc game and decided to bet there. I won some bets and manage to withdraw most of my winnings. When i decided to withdraw last 2400 usdt i got an error and received a message which contained a phrase ask live support. During chatting in live support they told me to complete advanced KYC. I submitted all of my documents to them and i got an error. I asked again in live support whether they accept foreign passport and they told me yes. My second try was with my foreign passport and the first was with national. Again i got an error. After it i turned to chat support.They told me that they will reset the KYC one more time. Of course i failed third time in a row. All the documents are mine and valid + original.
On the next day i received a message: Dear user, after multiple attempts to verify your account, we regret to inform you that your account will no longer be eligible to pass the KYC verification. This decision is based on our verification policies and procedures, which are in place to ensure the security and compliance of our website. Thank you for understanding.
Can someone help me with contacting bc game staff somehow? I can provide all the necessary information and documents. The account is mine and it is my only again no mults etc.
