I am so glad the project is dying. What the did in the past was not acceptable:

- threatening programmers (https://github.com/zack-bitcoin/amoveo/blob/master/docs/why_I_left.md)
- censoring community (me) on their forum
- nepotism (hiring friends and family)
- the more money they had the worse they behave - Yanislav Malahov called every skeptic voice as a Chinese troll, he only honored his voice, so rude,

This was one of the worst projects I have ever seen.
It was really frightening to see what they did on the good times.
The people behind the project are dangerous but fortunately incompetent.

Slowly, but surely:

Aeternity market cap will melt to $9 million due to management incompetence and ignorance and it means that the AE token can slump below $0.03.

Thank you all the people for spreading the word and warned other members on that project.
Thank you for all the active tracking of their incompetence, all those nepotism, hiring friends, family members (wifes).
The project is dying, finally financially crashed. They can't get any more funds, we need to starve them!

Yanislav Malahov, Nikola Stojanow, Stefania Stojanow:
what did you do with capital collected from investors in ICO?

It looks like Aternity development is barely funded. Developers are starving of capital. What happened with 235.000 ETH and 11.000 BTC. Why development is undercapitalized?

Meet Aeternity co-founder Nikola Stojanow with his wife Stefka Stojanow. He is happy he could be one that was honored to manage 235.000 ETH and 11.000 BTC Aeternity collected in the ICO that are worth $1.5 billions now!

Trust him. Trust the process. And repeat after me Aeternity is not BitConneeeeeeect, Aeternity is not OneCoin! Aeternity is the best blockchain ever according to the Great Grandfather of Ethereum Yanislav Malahov.

P.S.

OneCoin is a Ponzi scheme promoted as a cryptocurrency by Bulgaria-based offshore companies OneCoin Ltd (registered in Dubai) and OneLife Network Ltd (registered in Belize), both founded by Ruja Ignatova.

Ruja Ignatova (Bulgarian: Ружа Игнатова) (born May 30, 1980) is a Bulgarian convicted fraudster. She is best known as the founder of a Ponzi scheme known as OneCoin, which The Times has described as "one of the biggest scams in history".

Aeternity has many jobs listed here: https://angel.co/company/aeternity-blockchain/jobs

Don't fool yourself on that. They can list as many jobs as they want. They always tried cheap marketing. It is as true as their "Company size: 51-200 people" information and similarly as true as tons of people working on Aeternity listed in their website (wow, that must have impressed crypto-space years ago).

Never believe in what they say. Don't let them fool you. Verify. Many exchanges verified them and decided to delist them.

And ask yourself what happened whith 235.000 ETH and 11.000 BTC they have collected in the ICO that are worth $1.5 billions now!
Yes, you read it right... almost 1.5 billion dollars!

Do you know that Aeternity organization as a whole is not transparent and doesn't try to be. Instead it banned those community members who dared to ask inconvenient questions. For example, after conducting ICO and raising around $28 mil USD for the contribution campaign in 2017 (around 235.000 ETH and 11.000 BTC).

NB. 235.000 ETH and 11.000 BTC are worth $946 millions now! Almost $1 billion dollars!

Apart of that, they were still very hungry of capital and they decided to ask for more funds and conducted BRI action which gave them ~10% of mining rewards. How all these funds are spent is not transparent. Aeternity is not transparent from the beginning and we don't know what happened with that massive capital in the past nor in the present.

Aeternity took so many shortcuts when building the blockchain that it is very difficult for them to provide basic features that Ethereum accomplished in 1 year. Ethereum was a novel blockchain with many new features. You could expect Aeternity to be a superior in terms of features, development speed, and tech stack, when you take a consideration that it received massive ICO fundings  received more fundings in ICO:

- Aeternity received ~25 millions of USD in BTC and ETH
- Ethereum received $16 millions of USD in BTC

The question is what happened this massive ICO funding as Yanislav Malahov and Nikola Stojanow never revealed that and banned people who asked that. Now Aeternity is in a development starvation and after so many years still have no basic features that Ethereum had in 1 year with smaller funds!

The problem with Aeternity is that it is deeply connected with Erlang language while Ethereum was language agnostic. Aeternity has just one implementation in Erlang. Ethereum has many implementations in C++, Go, Python, JS. Why it is so important? Because when you are language agnostic everything is specified in with a high level of abstraction and it is easy to implement part of the protocol in many languages. This way you can read and write the state of the smart-contracts for example in a web browser. You can see what is going to be signed, what data has been compiled to feed to the smart-contract and what the response is. You don't need to ping a server, the code in your web browser can do this and all of this was achieved within 1 year! Aeternity is contrast despite more funding received can't achieve that after several years! As I said the its protocol implementation is so highly related to Erlang that they decided to transpile Erland to JS to run parts of the protocol in a web browser. This way they hope the would be able to run smart contracts in a web browser, compile data and decode it. It is not done yet, the development is so slow an unpredictable that many companies just abandoned developing on Aeternity, they have decided it is too big risk for them as the Aeternity is immature, not stable, prone to the 51% attacks and with no good standard of development tools.

Expect stagnation in the development of Aeternity.
[/color][/b]

Yanislav Malahov hasn't built the Aeternity organization with a high standards of work ethos. Historically they turn on vacation mode during this time.

Last year there were almost none code progress until the end of the summer and as you know the summer is nice in Bulgaria.
Wish Yanislav Malahov a nice vacations.

Another project after struggles building on Aeternity, decided to migrate to other blockchain:

It is better to stay away from Aeternity. It is a bundle of mistakes starting from terrible monetary policy, big egos of founders and their ignorance, ICO capital destruction, Bulgarian style of management, nepotism in the structures, banning people on communication channels. Despite that Aeternity received more funds that Ethereum itself, it stagnates and is in development starvation mode. Answer yourself what happened with massive funding from ICO investors, because Yanislav Malahov and Nicola Stojanow won't tell you, but ban you instead if you ask.

Aeternity's initial community was destroyed by Yanislav Malahov initial decisions and further actions. His initial disastrous decision was to give miners huge rewards from the beginning where the blockchains was immature and there wasn't anything to secure. There weren't real applications and transactions and there are not such even now. Despite of this, miners hasn't secured the blockchain and attacked it instead for more profits. Yanislav Malahov said it was necessare to secure Aeternity with huge rewards and was concerned that the rewards might be too small. After miners attacked the blockchain consensus he changed his mind and said that now Aeternity is secure regardles of actions of the miners. By these incompetent actions, lack of the vision, lack of the understanding of the technology, economics, etc. Aeternity community was totally destroyed.

Yanislav Malahov blocked and banned anybody who has pointed mistakes made. Anybody who has asked what happened with ICO funds or other inconvenient questions was banned on Telegram, Aeternity forum and Twitter.

Now there are another result of that politics and ignorance. They have tried to set up a Q&A group on Stack Exchange Q&A site. The result was expected:
The proposal has been closed as not a viable proposal by Community. This proposal will not result in a useful, productive, or viable Q&A site.

You are not and you shouldn't. The project is a total shit, so if the shit is priced a few cents mor, it is still a shit. The Aeternity team is almost all from eastern europe. Their communication skills are tragic, the project is depleted from the ICO capital and the question is what happened with it. There is no way this project will gain traction. The tech stack is complete disaster, nobody can work on it apart of the contractors hired. The language (Erlang) is not a popular language like Go or other modern and easier languages where if you structure a code properly, it is easy to understand, test and develop making the project transparent, easy to audit, test, develop and extend. The Aeternity is just a long string of mistakes and mismanagement, all of it lead to a final disaster. This is a dying project.

Aeternity is one of the worst managed blockchain projects. The founders received millions of dollars (more than Ethereum itself) and Yanislav Malahov said that it is not true, he said that they have not received US dollars. Sure, they have received ETH and BTC which are magnitude more valuable than dollars. So it seems that the mismanagement of funds is even bigger that anyone can imagine.

The other lie they were feed us is that there were necessary to set a mining reward high. Millions of dollars were paid to miners to secure useless blockchain with no real transactions nor applications in the expense of tokens holders. Finally those well paid miners that "secured" blockchain decided to attack it and received even more stake. But now, were mining difficulty is all time low, the Aeternity founders said, that is fine, Aeternity is secure regardless of it. So why they have decided to waste millions of dollars to mining rewards instead of spend these massive amount of wealth to secure it from the beginning.

So now you know that and I repeat again:
Aeternity is one of the worst managed blockchain projects.
Moreover it is managed retroactively instead of proactively.

Aeternity is so unsecure that they even can't be used to make a poll. Someb ody duplicated "governance vote" as if it were created by Aeternity Foundation. Just look at here: https://superhero.com/voting

LOL

But as Yanislav Malahov said, Aeternity is the best blockchain, Aeternity is the best technology, generally I have a suspision that Yanislav Malahov is Satoshi Nakamoto who decided to create Aeternity after inventing Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Please don't involve and don't engage in any project related to Aeternity and educate others why. Aeternity has no future and there is no point to spend any more attention or capital to it. The project is not worth 50 millions of dollars, it is not worth even 5 millions.

The ingnorance and arrogance of its founders - Nikola Stojanow and Yanislav Malahov (both Bulgarians) were unbelievable. Their actions were below any standards you can expect from a blockchain. They are not leaders which smart people will follow.

The crypto community doesn't need Aeternity.
The standards presented by its founders are below any means.

When there are so many good projects in the market, there is no need for us to spend money in those projects which are shady and can scam anytime. Many people who do not know about the history of this project, may continue to buy the Ae coin at low prices.

Exactly. This is VERY important to educate inexperienced people how Aeternity organisation works and how those Bulgarians behind it (Nikola Stojanow and Yanislav Malahov) created nontransparent structures structures so nobody knows where funds collected from investors in ICO process are. We have some scrapes of information where you could reveal how they are used via VC structure to fund projects that doesn't want to utilize Aeternity blockchain (they know more than we) and if they don't this is a BIG bad sign. Binance started to delist AE starting from AE/ETH pair. In these structures we can see nepotism (marketing role of Nikola Stojanow wife). Can you see any success of marketing related actions? No? Not to worry, Nikola Stojanow and his wife have received the salary out of the ICO funds. Just an example. Nikola have many good friends. In the last summer development almost stopped and I remember messages like the summer is nice and they will back to work after it. This is the culture you can expect from them...

The market doesn't trust Aeternity founders and managers. It was a mistake to give them money under management. Aeternity will not be a mainstream blockchain, it is a compromised money.

The Aeternity team are selling millions of tokens right now. This is another action against the community. They have grabbed millions of tokens in a BRI action, they told that it may be a possibility that these funds to be managed by a community or in a form of DAO like it happen in other projects (check Polkadot). But no, they have centrally grabbed that tokens and drained BRI account. Check it out here:

https://www.aeknow.org/address/wallet/ak_2KAcA2Pp1nrR8Wkt3FtCkReGzAi8vJ9Snxa4PcmrthVx8AhPe8

You have been warned! This is another action that showed those Bulgarians are not communicating their actions and are not interested in an open and transparent project management.
