Hi . I had few some question about Exchange Crytpo in Korea.
Please answer kindly and be honest.
1.What the best Exchange so far in Korean ? if im foreigner . which is im not korean citizen am i allowed to join exchange in korea ?
2. Are Bithump legit or Scam . if im using bank

bitthump is not scam
but...
i think they have a many step for withdrawals
(because i also can not withdrawls, because anyone who signs up need 72hours for withdrawal.
and
i saw the post in here - xrp is missing from kraken to bitthumb.
i think it is a transfer problem in wallet. (it just my think.)

-> bitthumb and upbit is popular, and coinone coinlink..... but you have to know that all exchange don't allow newbee's sign up.
because their server is already limit.(look like bittrex)
if u want to sign up, you try that jan 20, 2018.(the upbit says they will allow the sign up again, jan 20, 2018)
2. bitthum is not scam, just... so slow. (they need to recruit more imployee)
and withdrawl is possible. but sometimes they are lock a withdrawal.(if it is doubt the withdrawals is not usually.... in situation like this suddnly you withdraw a lot of krw, you have to some document.
