About handling situation in a right way, I am not so sure about it, please let me explain:

It bothers me that I have won my bet, requested a withdrawal and my account got suspended 30 mins later (couldn't log in any more) w/o any explanation, email or anything.

I had to contact support via chat and then they advised me that I have commited a fraud. When I told them that this is not fair and that I will make noise about this they just turned off my chat and blocked me. So later when they saw me making noise on forum they decided to handle the hot potato situation like they were supposed to do right away.

In my opinion this is not how you do stuff!!!

Why you havent closed my account once I opened it yesterday but instead you have waited until I have won a bet to suspend me! Is this really how it is done on your website?

So I am trying to claim ETH airdrop. I have succesfully signed a message in MEW with my Trezor and submited a claim form on Semux site. All good so far.

But when I went to double check signed message, I get error_13 in MEW and I get message not signed correctly on etherscan.io.

Then I went and resigned a message just to make sure, with the same SEM address, etc.. and I have received same exact values for message signature.

What a heck is happening? Seems to me that I have signed correctly, but it fails to verify.

For the ZCL holders yes, you need to import your keys into the client, but nowhere was clearly specified what BTC holders exactly need to do in order to claim!
