That's true, but that is only about 1-1.5 M... Where is the rest coming from? What's going on?

I have been mining for a while on your pool, but during the last update looks like all my shares have been wiped out... Well that was a "fun" experience! Too bad I was on the losing end of it...

The update was difficult. Our first live. All the shares were recovered during the reconnection of your workers. If yours did not recover PM me your address. We will compensate.
OK, I went back to your pool to try to recover my shares... Looks like it worked, but it's still not right! Again it's saying I have 0 shares for the current round.
And on a smaller note, the graph looks really bad.
Regarding the m vs M take a look at Flypool, which let's say is the reference. They are displaying it as M.

Could you add a --api option like EWBF so that information can be monitored from an external application? I use Awesome Miner to manage all my rigs and having this option is pretty much crucial.

First of all miner is better and more effective by 2-3 % than EWBF. I've been running it on several machines , got improved hashrate (GTX 1060 3gb from 280 ~ to 300 ~ , GTX 1070 from 470 to 490 , GTX 1080 from 540 to 550 , gtx 1080 ti from 720 - 740 , all vary bettwen + - 1-5 sol/s)
Machines are working fine with ETHcontrol , or anykind that has some watchdog that either restarts miner or knows what to do. But so far they are running stable.

I got one rig with 7 cards and it seems that it cannot work good with dstm miner. It has 5x 1070 , 2x 1060 3g
First of all , to run it properly I had to lower power limit ALOT on all cards
Standart settings at afterburner: 80 pl / +150 core / +540 memory -----------> at this point miner and Ethcontrol comes in some loop that whenever miner is started it's always killed and restarted , because it hangs out too much time or shows 0 sol/s for cards (e.g. miner takes a lot of time to start and doesnt start at all)
Settings to start: 65 pl / +150 core / + 540 memory -----------> miner starts but this is what happens , after "1round of hashing good" it starts hashing super pooorly. I dont know what should be the case , all my rigs are identical , just this is the only one with more than 6 cards. All have same windows / drivers etc etc etc . CPU seems to be stuck at 100% at rig 1 though when I run ZM miner , probably some problems with more than 6 cards rig on win 10 ?

I'm currently heavier on CPU load.
It looks like your CPU is to slow to provide enough work for the GPUs. CPU load increases with the total solution rate of your system - so this is most likely why your 7card rig is having troubles since it requires more cpu time. What CPU are you on?
It's intel 1151 , G3930 , it's not impressive but it's not on the downside of any processors.
edit. I got such processor on all my machines , and also planning to add up to total of 8 cards on each of them soon , so this might be huge problem to run ur miner @ them
Try using older versions of drivers, in Linux that had a huge impact on CPU usage.

I'm fine, I give up on your pool, the API is insanely difficult to process, and looks like it's coding is not very good, for example in one place on the homepage the hashrate is in milihashes/s (m = mili; M=mega; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metric_prefix#List_of_SI_prefixes) and in another place it's in kilohashes...

It looks like your CPU is to slow to provide enough work for the GPUs. CPU load increases with the total solution rate of your system - so this is most likely why your 7card rig is having troubles since it requires more cpu time. What CPU are you on?

Hello, as I mentioned on dstm's thread, I am willing to join your pool, and it looks alright so far.
But if you could, please simply the API, the hashrate as number, I don't know what it is, but is way off... Like 50000 times the hashrate, which means I would have to estimate the hashrate from it. The hashrate as String is no fun reading as it requires string parsing.
For starters, all it needs is the current and average hashrate (real number) for the whole address, and the same (current and average) for each worker.
Then you might need to implement the immature balance, as it will stop people from raiding the pool.
Also there is a spelling error in the API documentation. Stats appears twice.

I just have a test with you pool : with a 200 sol/s miner, no share, O, null.
I stop the test after few minutes.
In the same time, few minutes, with SuprNova, I get a lot od shares.
Why I get 0 share with your pool, smallest than suprnova ?

of course it is smaller than suprnova, never join a new or small pool unless its a new coin.

Thank you for the tip. Connecting using sockets worked. Now it returns the status.
Also, I had no issues running it until now (fingers crossed), it's running much better than EWBF's, so I will keep using it.

unfortunately the API doesn't play well with the rest of the HTTP crowd. I tried three different libraries, including one specifically for JSON-RPC, and none was able to read the values. They all throw various HTTP connection errors.
The problem is that it's returning the JSON string in the head of the reply, not in the body, which is confusing the libraries I tried.
If you could add a separate path specifically to read the values, and send them in the body it would be awesome.

I did some testing on your miner, and it looks very promising. Although it wasn't able to run below pl 110 on GTX 1070 like ewbf's, it's efficiency is much better at the power level it is able to run.

It looks like the hashrate on Flypool is on par with what you are reporting. I can't say anything about the stability, as I only did a quick test, but I will let it run for a while and see how it behaves. By the looks of it, it's very promising.

The only thing I would add is the name of the GPU. For people with several types of GPU in one rig, it would really help to know which is the 1070 and 1080.

Great news to hear that you have added so many things to the miner. Can you please tell us if the telemetry json displays the averages or the (semi) instant values? The long time averages are not really useful for status monitoring. For that only the instant or say 15 second upto several minutes averages work. Say if a GPU goes down, there is no way to tell that from the long time averages. This way the monitoring script can restart the miner or the whole machine.

I really like your miner, it's really stable compared with EBWF's, and when it does crash (my hardware issue), it does so softly, allowing me to do a restart of the system. With EBWF's I couldn't kill it not even with -9. I had to power cycle the hardware.
However I do have the following issues:
- When using more than 10 GPUs the CPU is overloaded.
* if it helps I can live with a longer time between refreshes, say 15 - 30 seconds
* when that happens most of the share get rejected as invalid, see pool screenshot
* do you think you can improve the CPU load performance, if not do you have any suggestion on what upgrade I should focus on? Cores, speed?
+ by my calculations I would need to use an i5 or i7 to be able to scale to 19 GPUs
- an API would be immensely appreciated
* No more having to stay logged in to monitor when one GPU died (and I could track down which one is the culprit)
* Get better statistics for optimization purposes.
