The price will increase when they announce small development in the next month. May CND will play vital role in the month of the November, team should focus on listing in other exchanges also.

Overall this project i think very good and have bright future because on token sale ago, cindicator can raised the fund $15 millions. So for the exchange i think bittrex is the best for this project and the team must consider to adding this coin to bittrex

I believe it is a great project. But I see many great projects fail. It is not good enough to have a good product, you need to reach the audience. I feel this team does not know how to launch, it has not been a well run post ICO process. Unless the intention was not to list on any exchanges for a month for some kind of benefit? Does not make sense to me, just seems like poor planning or arrogance.
