We shall create etherscan.io/address that shall be physically accessed to the public for different regions and communities, commercial banks and various companies, these will serve as a coin and cheat controls. I do not know how what you mean by significant control but you will need exons to buy lands, mining and other businesses.

Orexon is a virtual world inhabited by people doing different types of businesses.

Also, besides buying a game instance, what else does the token do and how is that controlled? IS it used for rewards and is that coded into the token or controlled by the dev team?

Our token could be compared to the currency used in the real world, it shall serve as a legal tender for all transactions; just like any transactions in the real world; you can do any business through our virtual world game.
