Try to downclock core clock to 1050 - 1059. You will see higher rate and a little bit lower power comsumption Wink

Reducing the core frequency to 1050 has really slightly increased the Hash rate, now with a memory frequency of 1900 I have 13.5 Mh/s, with practically no memory errors, more has not yet been achieved.
