There are still project that escapes the attention of scam catchers investors are more wiser now, but these scam ICO are also getting better and mind you even legit project is having a hard time with their volume and price, they do not want to scam people but their platform is not well accepted to the community.

You are quite right, the scam ICO are getting better at their scam too. I think the best bet is to go for STO or IEO, you are rest assured your investment are save.
