What is cryptocurrency/cryptocoin?
End to end encrypted digital currency is called cryptocurrency/cryptocoin.

What is Bitcoin?
Bitcoin was first decentralized cryptocoin created by a person or group called Satoshi Nakamoto in late 2008.
First Bitcoin wallet was launched in January 2009.
Bitcoin ia PoW (Proof of Work) type coin with SHA256 encryption.
Bitcoin block time is 10 minute a block stared with 50BTC as reward to miner which hlaves every ~4 years, currently 6.25BTC block reward to miners.
Bitcoin total supply is capped by 21 000 000BTC.

What is Altcoin?
Altcoin refers to alternate of Bitcoin which means any other cryptocoin beside Bitcoin is called Altcoin.

What is blockchain?
Blockchain is cryptocoin network which carries all transaction records, every wallets connected to Bitcoin network synchronises with other wallets and all wallets keep transaction records.

How to mine coins?
There are different type of cryptocoins uses different types of tools to mine PoW coins. You either solo mine or you can join poolminers to mine PoW cryptocoins using your CPU/GPU or external hardware such as ASCI miners etc.

How to trade coins?
To trade, buy/sell cryptocoins you have to open an account with any of crypto exchange or exchanger, deposit money and start trading/buying/selling. Exchangers only exchange coins2coins or coins2fiat or wiseversa while crypto exchanges are real-time crypto2crypto or crypto2fiat trade platform like stock market forex platform.
Different exchanges charge different trade fee (commission) to buy or sell. There are serval registered and unregistered exchanges. They have different rules and T&C.

Tips:

1. No cryptocoins come with price guarantee by developer or third party.
2. Never invest more than what you can afford to lose in crypto markets.
3. Invest cryptocoins only after research about coin, it's project, supply etc.
4. You can find this info at CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, CoinPaprika and other crypto database sites, you also find crypto exchange info there.
5. Cryptocoin transactions are not revertable so if you send coins to wrong address or send to wrong chain you will lose your coins since transactions can not be reverted.
6. There are many coins with real project while also dead coins and scam projects so be very careful before buying any coins.
7. It is hard to judge which coin project is legit and which one is fake so it's upto you to google coin info, study coin project, analyse market and invest/trade.
8. Unlike stock markets and forex crypto markets are without price circuits so price of coin may go very high or drop to very low in same day.
9. Cryptocoin trading and profiting or loss are subject to market risk.
