There's a good chance you were on the fork while earning those coins .. You can try to use the rescan option in "wallet repair" section of the menu

No, most of the coins were received a very long time. But I have a suspicion that when I did "tithe" - the coins moved between to "tithe" addresses. And now they just can not see (or cleared).
