Actually they are partially bumping their ANN Thread.
On the other hand their team look like photoshoped. Because team are not existing, no any social media link. Concept not much clear for me.

PingPaid is a project under development for many months with an active GitHub and a live BETA platform. We have numerous principal and contributing team members. All members are real, these are real photos of the members and if you reverse image or conduct image forensics them you will find that they are not fraudulent.

As for the ANN thread, the proof of work requirement is apart of the auditing process. PingPaid is operating its BETA platform as well, which is one of the steps of the airdrop - to signup to the BETA platform. So the BETA platform signup is meant to get feedback. As of now, the thread referenced allows them to post the proof of work in one or the other. Hopefully this addresses your concerns. This works so that we can analyze to properly account and audit the ongoing proof of works for different rewards. We have not and would not intentionally encourage spam or fraudulent activities, and we apologize if you have misunderstood it to be that.
