its not about ads of another pools or smth...if you run pool about 150-200mh speed, you will get enough money to hire 1 man to handle users requests

Not sure if I've done my maths correctly but I'm mining with 2mhash per day and mining about 300 coino per day. If a pool charges 1% fees and has 200mhash then they'd only be making 300 coino per day too. 300 coino per day to respond to requests is fuck all, and that's assuming they spend 100% of their profit on it.

So yeah, not sure if what you're saying stacks up.
