In the IPO statement, Dev of TDY claimed to spend 1BTC for being listed on Bittrex,
So, now, @Dev, it's time to get the collected BTC out of your pocket and put forward!

The dev got 5.34848561 BTC from the IPO, the dev can manage to send 1 BTC to bittrex to get listed.

The question is why would he do that?So far what he did could be:
1.Pay someome 0.x BTC to make this shitcoin
2.IPO
3.Profit

IMO the "dev" will never show up again unless he has a large portion of TDY left in his hand.
