Btcz having its own exchange will make us look centralised even if the exchange isn't. Our efforts would be better placed raising awareness of btcz.
I would even speculate that if we put the effort into raising awareness the exchanges may come to us instead.

All write nonsense about 2000 from the community, when all users of the exchange will vote.
In the event of a victory, 30 million btcz will be distributed among those who voted.
