Try the CCminer included in the OP, use qubitcoin flag.

I tried the ccminer wasnt working i tried ati and im putting in shares and hash even though its for amd right?

Are you mining solo or through one of the pools?

Im on a pool.

Also it was saying i had like 400,000-2,000,000 khash when i know dam well a 660ti can't do that i think its buggy for 660ti

You will get higher hashing with this algo when compared to scrypt. If you are receiving the shares through the pool there should be no problem.
