Im not sure what that means but since i had the same experience with NOSTRUM some days ago, with even 3 times asking back, i would like to state this here. Maybe theres an easy explaination, but i cant say something about it since dev isnt communicating with me anymore while still writing in the thread.

So in case you want to invest it might be a good idea to wait for an explaination from dev.

As we all know, the Internet is very insecure. I demand escrow, but I do not want someone to take my ID to do some bad things. This is what I consider.
I do not deny your service, but I do not agree your requirements:my ID.
