my class unfortunately is strange - it is teaching me to write in pinyin and I have the option to learn to read pinyin, traditional or simplified chinese.... Going to try and learn simplified mandarin reading.

学好拼音对于你的普通话正确发音是很重要的（it's importent to you that learning pin yin is good ）
