no one from team / representing of it helps me. even they don't send me my cct. my post like this in bounty thread is ignored as well. where is the team?

My advice is to contact them in another way, make your message detailed and polite and I am sure you will succeed.

the instruction is the participant who wants to claim must contact alexvea on telegram. but my telegram was banned form the telegram group after i ask why alexvea didn't response my personal chat. then i can not access the group anymore. just after it alexvea replied my personal chat and said that he will check it on that day (21st nov 2017) BUT until now i don't get my CCT yet ! it is very inconvenient.
