I can confirm this is true! It is very shady and my account got completely blocked with deposit and winnings after I won! No clear reason provided, only email saying violation of terms of agreement.

Only saying violation the terms of agreement without any details on which terms you have violated as they accuse? If it is true then I have to agree that it is shady. They should give more details about it, have you tried to contact them via email/live chat to make it clear?
Anyway, OP was online after some of above accusations has been posted but he did not even give any replies. Curious to know what they say about this issue.
