I believe you have done the right thing here. However, it would be good to re-enforce the rules to everyone - Do not fall for such ponzi schemes, how can someone promise a 110% return and that too on a gambling site. While i agree with your decision to ban the scammer, a strong message should also be passed on to the affected party.

Another thing, exactly 0.02 worth BTC should be recovered from his account and you should probably return the balance to him, just to ensure that you remain objective.

I agree with you that we need to emphasize that you will not only be banned but also funds will be locked down. I can't save people from all scam attempts, but at least I can allow to recover them some funds with this measures. It should be a safe place to gamblers.

because gving someone coins knowing its a gambling site is a mistake and clicking max bet is also a mistake , will you ?

are you going to return the winning to the investors if " by mistake you click the maxbet and win" ?
the issue is that your coins has been seized for scamming other member. And its just fair to return it to the affected party.
