I distinctly remember seeing "Safer than a Swiss Bank" on their site, but it's entirely possible they had "Better than a Swiss bank account" also on their site.  Patrick J Byrne remembers "Safer than a Swiss Bank" also.  Stan is certainly no stranger to the phrase either.
