it looks like investors do not believe your plan. The price has dropped to 3 satoshi, shortly after this announcement was made. Meaning they don't see any value in WOP.
For now. The situation may change in 2 days time, but for now it doesn't look well.

People are just upset that there is going to be a TOS and they won't be able to use WOP to buy and sell contraband.

There are going to be ToS but if a product is legal in you region it will be legal in WorldShop. Mostly is to avoid guns and child porn.
