I know, I already did before but now I read that they switched from Visa to MasterCard so what's the case for those who have already Visa ? It will stay functional or we have to order another card or something ?

Every one who has Visa at the moment, will stay with Visa. So, all currently working cards remain untouched. We are not planning to change client's Visa card to MasterCard at the moment.
