im trying to check what went wrong with my registrations. i have sent a support ticket and no answer till now..

They can't verify the information you gave to them
What method did you use to verify your account ?
Maybe you give them a bad/false information Roll Eyes

Also, Xapo email support is pretty slow to answer your support, best just to wait their support here in BTC talk

it was my first account..and provided all real information. i dont know what i miss. but i move on and stay with coins(.)ph wallet
